This Privacy Policy describes how Icedstudio - Le ngoc Minh ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the PomoStyle iOS and Apple Watch application (the "App").
We do not collect, store, or process any personal data on our own servers. In particular, we do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, account information, or identifiers linked to an individual.
The App includes an optional iCloud sync feature. If you choose to enable it, your timer sessions and categories (such as session durations, timestamps, category names, icons, and colors) are stored in your personal private iCloud database via Apple's CloudKit framework.
This data is stored exclusively in your own iCloud account. We have no access to it — it is not transmitted to our servers and is not visible to us. iCloud sync is entirely opt-in and can be disabled at any time from the App's Settings. Disabling it gives you the option to remove your data from iCloud as well.
Data stored in iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
If you use the Apple Watch companion app, timer and session data is exchanged directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch over a local Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This data transfer is entirely on-device and does not involve our servers or any third-party service.
The App uses Sentry, a third-party service, solely for crash and error reporting. Sentry may collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, and crash diagnostics to help us identify and fix bugs. IP address collection is explicitly disabled in our Sentry configuration.
This information is used exclusively to improve the stability and performance of the App and is not used to identify users.
We are based in the European Union. Crash and error data processed by Sentry may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the United States. Sentry, Inc. processes this data under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, providing an appropriate level of protection for any such transfers.
The legal basis for processing crash data is our legitimate interest in maintaining the stability and performance of the App (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No personal data as defined under GDPR is knowingly collected.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties. Crash and error data is processed only by Sentry as described above.
The App does not knowingly collect any information from children. Since no personal data is collected, no such data can be stored.
