This Privacy Policy describes how Icedstudio - Le ngoc Minh ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the PomoStyle applications for iOS, Apple Watch, and Android (together, the "App"). It applies to the App however you obtained it, including from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Icedstudio - Le ngoc Minh, based in Poland (European Union). You can reach us at support@pomostyle.app.
PomoStyle works fully offline. Cloud storage is optional and opt-in, and you choose which of the following modes to use:

Category, unit, and description fields are free text. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information into them — we store whatever you type there.
We never see or handle your payment details. Subscriptions are sold and processed entirely by Apple or Google, who act as the seller. Your card number, billing address, and payment credentials go to them, never to us — we could not access them even if we wanted to.
We use RevenueCat to tell us whether your subscription is currently active. RevenueCat receives the purchase receipt from Apple or Google along with an identifier for your account, and returns your subscription status. It does not receive your name or email address: we identify you to RevenueCat with a randomly generated identifier that means nothing on its own, so that the record they hold cannot be traced back to you without our own systems.
A PomoStyle Account is created through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. We never see or store your Apple ID or Google password — authentication happens with the provider, which returns a verified token to us.
If you use Sign in with Apple and choose Hide My Email, we only ever receive Apple's private relay address, not your real one. Your use of these sign-in services is also subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
If you use the Apple Watch companion app, timer and session data is exchanged directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch over a local Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This transfer is entirely on-device and involves neither our servers nor any third-party service.
We use a small number of processors, each bound by a data processing agreement and permitted to use the data only to provide their service to us:
Apple and Google also act as independent controllers for the payment itself, under their own privacy policies rather than ours.
We may also disclose data where legally required, such as in response to a valid order from a competent authority.
We are established in the European Union. Data processed by Google, RevenueCat, and Sentry may be transferred to and stored on servers in the United States. These transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, providing an appropriate level of protection for your data.
If your subscription ends, your data in the cloud stops syncing but is not deleted straight away — we keep it for 12 months so that you can pick up exactly where you left off if you come back. After 12 months without an active subscription we delete it automatically. The copy on your device is never touched by this, and you can ask us to delete the cloud copy sooner at any time.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and keep renewing until you cancel them in the App Store or Google Play — we cannot cancel them for you.
Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest in Cloud Firestore is encrypted by Google (AES). Firestore security rules restrict every document to the account that created it, so no other user can read or modify your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take these measures to protect your information.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased (the "right to be forgotten"), to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@pomostyle.app. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
If you are a resident of California or another US state with comprehensive privacy legislation, you have comparable rights to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under such laws.
PomoStyle can be used at any age without an account — in that mode no data reaches us at all. Creating a PomoStyle Account requires you to be at least 13 years old, because it involves us storing your email address.
Accounts are created only through Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. Where a child uses an account managed through Apple Family Sharing or Google Family Link, parental consent for that account has already been obtained by Apple or Google.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete the account and its data promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App evolves. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and we will notify you in the App of any material change before it takes effect.
