These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PomoStyle iOS application (the "App"), provided by Icedstudio - Le ngoc Minh ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The App does not require user registration, does not provide user accounts, and does not process payments or subscriptions at this time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
These Terms are an agreement solely between you and Icedstudio - Le ngoc Minh — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service, the App Store Terms of Service shall take precedence.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
